Comments: Originally described as a species, C. tanakae was subsequently sunk into synonymy of C. attenuata (Fang et al., 1997). Differences in the karyotype (Motokawa et al., 1997, 2001b) led to a renewed recognition of the species (Fang and Lee, 2002)
