Comment:
Although Bakkes et al. (2018) consider Neumann's name a 'nomen nudum', due to what they considered an incomplete description, they go on to 'resurrect' it as a valid species. Since Neumann's name does fulfil the basic ICZN requirements of an available pre-1931 species name, it is not a nomen nudum, and its authorship is not changed
