Comment:
Originally described as Embolocephalus multisetosus by Smith (1900, p. 452), this species was later placed in the genus Peloscolex Leidy, 1851 by Holmquist (1978). Brinkhurst (1981) reviewed and revised the genus Peloscolex, creating a new genus Quistadrilus into which he transferred Peloscolex multisetosus as its type species
