Comment:
The first available use of a family-group name based on Typloplana Ehrenberg 1831 appears to be by Luther (1904:148), who described a tribe 'Typhloplanida mihi' containing Typhloplana and several other genera (see https://biodiversitylibrary.org/page/43246938 ). According to the Principle of Coordination (ICZN Art. 36) the coordinate name based on the same genus is deemed to have been established simultaneously at all family-group ranks (from superfamily to subtribe)
