Unresolved secondary homonymy is shown by Platnick (2012, online World Spider Catalog v12.5), where both Wulfila fragilis Chickering, 1937 and Wulfila fragilis (Bryant, 1948) are listed as valid species. The latter is a junior secondary homonym and includes the comment 'if valid and congeneric with [Wulfila fragilis Chickering, 1937], a replacement name will be needed'
