White Turtlehead is a wildflower indigenous to North America, typically growing in clusters in damp environments such as stream banks, open woodlands, fens, floodplains, and marshes. Its flowers emerge on spikes measuring 6 to 8 inches in height, blooming sequentially from the bottom upwards during the late summer through fall.
