Comment:
In their description of the new genus Psaenythisca and its type species, Ramos and Rozen (2014) validate this new generic name for three species described by Vachal (1909) - wagneri, flavifrons, and nigrinasis which were "traditionally included in Psaenythia or Anthrenoides (Holmberg, 1921; Neff and Rozen, 1995; Ascher, 2004), or considered as incertae sedis by Moure et al. (2007, 2012)."
