Comment:
Miller et al. (2017:125) suggest that a number of genera traditionally included in the Synallactidae (including Bathyplotes and Paelopatides) be moved to Stichopodidae. Since it appears that Synallactidae needs revision beyond using subfamilies, ITIS has not moved these genera yet, pending further published research on this matter
