Comment:
Original spelling was apparently 'Glyphidrilus büttikoferi' (not seen). If the name upon which the epithet is based is treated as a 'German word' then it is corrected to 'buettikoferi,' otherwise it is corrected to 'buttikoferi.' In Jamieson (1971:757) and in Chanabun et al (2013:24) it is treated as the latter without comment
