Comment:
Pic published two different descriptions, both as new species, with the name 'Luciola roseicolllis', one in 1933, and the other in 1935. The latter description was determined to be a different species, so it was given the replacement name, Luciola lambkinae Keller and Ballantyne, 2021. The former is still considered an available & valid name
