Taxon authorship should be "Hansen and Kristensen" rather than "Guldberg and Kristensen." Despite being indexed in places as if his name were "Jesper Hansen Guldberg," the first author of this taxon (personal communication, October 2006) states: "My full name is Jesper Guldberg Hansen, so Guldberg is my middle name - Hansen is my surname"
