Distribution from Hubbard (1990:52) for Zorotypus hamiltoni New 1978 is given as 'Columbia, Barbados,' but none of the works Hubbard cites mention anything for Barbados, except for Choe (1992:250), where a dot appears over the Lesser Antilles labelled 'species undetermined.' Subsequent distributional overviews list only Columbia for this species, so the Caribbean occurrence record is removed until it is corroborated
